With over 100,000 square feet strategically located in Lancaster, South Carolina, the Precision Parts Division of AccuTrex Products, Inc. is equipped to provide you with the custom sheet metal fabrications, machined parts and assemblies that you need. We have all the state of the art equipment and technical expertise necessary to produce your job in-house and to your precise specifications.
At Precision Parts, we have a variety of fabrication methods that allow us to tailor each job to meet our customers’ requirements. We have four CNC lasers at this facility with up to a 5000 watt capacity that can cut both thin and thick metals (i.e. carbon steel up to 3/4”).Our laser cutting systems include shuttle tables and auto load/unload for sheet and plate processing. Other fabrication machines include shears, CNC press brakes, turret presses, plate rollers, three CNC tube benders, and conventional punch presses with strip and coil feed capabilities that result in faster production and less scrap.
We also have several welding options, including Resistance, TIG and MIG. We have robotic welders for automated welding.
Our machining options include wire EDM, CNC lathes with barfeed capabilities, drill presses, 4-axis vertical CNC mills, and a double disc grinder. Our finishing equipment includes tumblers, bead blasting, and abrasive belt graining and deburring to give you a high quality finish on every job. Our automated powder coating services will ensure that your final product has an accurate and uniform finish. Our inspection equipment is available to assist in reverse engineering projects—should you only have a sample part to be manufactured.
