Online Store Return Policy
Return of defective or damaged material:
If you receive a product from our online store that is defective or damaged, call 724-746-4300 and ask to speak to your Account Executive (receptionist will assist) or the Traffic Manager. Alternatively, you can email email@example.com using the subject line “Damaged material”.
When you contact us:
- Please have your order and part number(s) ready.
- If your package was received damaged, please keep containers and/or take photos of the box and material.
- Your case will be reviewed by our Traffic Manager and/or Quality Department and you will be given the reference information needed to return the damaged shipment.
- We will process the return and either replace the material or issue a refund on your original form of payment.
If the issue is a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We ask that you report any defective material within 60 days of receipt.
Terms: AccuTrex Products offers terms of 1% 15 Net 30 to qualified businesses. If you are interested in getting terms for your business, please consult with your Account Executive.
