AccuTrex Shims

AccuTrex manufactures custom shims in short and production runs. As an added benefit to our customers, prototype or small-quantity shims are produced using laser cutting, or abrasive waterjet cutting to eliminate tooling and associated costs. Laser cutting up to 4000-watt capacity is available.

CNC lasers cutting tubing and flat steel

Our abrasive waterjet system offers you an economical way to make irregular shapes, as well as cut metal laminates, brass, aluminum and other materials that lasers cannot. As an extra dividend, JIT delivery is available. AccuTrex is proud to be an ISO 9001:2000 -registered company. We will be happy to supply a quality control manual upon request.
